mailing lists update

Hi!

Since the new mail list machinery seems to be working all right, I've 
removed old alias-style forwarding. The "official" addresses of the 
mailing lists are:

announce at lists.ditrack.org
commit at lists.ditrack.org
dev at ditrack.org

I've set up aliases from commit at ditrack.org and dev at ditrack.org to the 
corresponding addresses above (for convenience reasons).

The announce@ and commit@ lists are pre-moderated.

Everything is archived (and indexed) now, so please stick to English and 
be sure to keep all discussions on public lists.
