status update

Hi,

Just to update on the status. I've been seriously reworking the DB 
module and at this stage it's *alomost* working. Basically, all 
read-only operations should be ok ('ls', 'cat'). Adding new issues to an 
LMA works. Right now I'm working on adding comments.

Most of the tests already pass, except for i75 (it's about commenting, 
which is broken at the moment).

I've started a TODO file at /doc/TODO, where I list things to be done 
(since I can't file issues because of the breakage ;-). Since the very 
core of DITrack is now unstable (I mean DB.py), if you are looking for 
something to do, check the items in the TODO list.

The most important pieces now (as I see it) are:

* automate news publishing on the web site;
* announce mailing lists creation on the web site;
* test plans creation.

The other things are worth doing too. :-)

Feel free to add more items as you see fit or ask me questions on 
existing ones.
