mailing lists announcement

Hi!

I have reorganized the web hierarchy in the repository; please see the 
README file at https://svn.xiolabs.com/ditrack/www/README and post 
questions/suggestions here (or modify the file itself).

That was a side note. :-) The main topic is that I've added mailing 
lists info to the resources page. It's currently on the staging server 
at http://www.staging.ditrack.org. Please review that and let me know if 
I can merge it into live.
