None that I know of. There is a couple of guys on this list who run
DITrack on Windows, they might chime in.

As far as I know, version 0.5 needs the following patch:

http://svn.xiolabs.com/ditrack/issues/data/i152/attaches/windows.diff

Though I don't have a Windows box, so I never tried it.
