Patch to 'dt new'

Well, as promised, here is a very quick, proof-of-concept, patch  
which will, by default, drop you into $EDITOR when `dt new` is  
called, then only bother you about things like the category, version,  
etc, after you've given the message.
It's also possible to set these variables right in the message  
because "stock" headers are dropped in for you.

I've also changed the text input object so it will accept a default  
value... But that's not actually used yet :)

As far as the default values go, I was thinking of something along  
the lines if prefixing the "default" with an @:
sample-version-set 0.1 0.2/ @0.3 0.4 / 0.5 @0.6
Or configure that on a per-user bases... Some how.
