One of the things that turned me onto Roundup was the 'roundup-demo'
script which, in one command, creates a fake environment and starts
up a server so you can see exactly what it's like.
I've written something similar for dt (attached).
Note that it's not particularly robust, and it has to manually fix a
bug (where the 'format' file isn't being `svn add`ed), but it's
better than typing all the stuff by hand.
